This policy keeps Ant Club safe, honest and useful for everyone. It applies to everything you publish or create on the Platform, including listings, photos, updates, reviews, QR codes and AI Studio prompts, uploads and results. Breaking it can lead to content being removed and accounts being suspended under the [Terms & Conditions](https://mail.antclub.lk/terms-and-conditions).

## 1. Do not post or create anything that

- is illegal in Sri Lanka, or helps others to break the law;
- sells or promotes banned or restricted goods or services, such as illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit or pirated items, protected wildlife, or anything that needs a licence you do not hold;
- is a scam, pyramid scheme, fake offer, phishing attempt or other fraud;
- contains sexual content involving minors in any form, or sexually explicit material;
- is hateful, threatening, harassing or promotes violence, or attacks people because of race, religion, caste, gender, disability or similar traits;
- spreads malware or tries to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other people's accounts.

## 2. Be honest

- Do not pretend to be another person or business, or claim a verification, award or approval you do not have.
- Do not post fake or paid reviews, or reviews of your own business.
- Keep prices, photos and descriptions truthful. Do not use misleading or bait-and-switch offers.
- Do not copy other people's listings, photos, logos or text without permission.

## 3. AI Studio rules

You are responsible for what you ask the AI to make and for how you use the result. In addition to the rules above, you must not:

- upload photos of people without their permission, or create realistic fake pictures or videos of real people that could mislead others, embarrass them or harm their reputation;
- create content that imitates a real person, brand or public figure to deceive, or that falsely suggests an endorsement;
- create nude, sexual, violent or hateful content, or content that exploits children;
- upload images you do not have the right to use, or ask for copies of someone else's logo, artwork or trademarked designs;
- try to avoid safety checks or limits, or use the Studio to create fake documents, IDs, receipts or payment slips;
- make automated or bulk requests, or share, sell or resell access to your credits.

## 4. Tell people when it is AI

Where an AI-made picture or video could be mistaken for a real photo of a real product, place or person, please make it clear that it is AI-generated or illustrative. A listing photo must show the item or place actually being offered.

## 5. Respect other people's privacy

Do not publish other people's phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers, photos or private messages without their permission.

## 6. What happens if rules are broken

We may remove content, hide a listing, limit features, suspend or close an account, forfeit unused credits (see the [Credits & Refund Policy](https://mail.antclub.lk/refund-policy)) and, where the law requires or the harm is serious, report the matter to the authorities.
