Help us keep Ant Club safe and honest. If you see a listing, review, photo or AI-made picture or video that breaks our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://mail.antclub.lk/acceptable-use) or the law, please tell us by email. Reports are read by our team and acted on.

## 1. What you can report

- scams, fake offers, fraud or pyramid schemes;
- counterfeit, stolen or illegal goods and services;
- offensive, hateful, threatening or sexually explicit content;
- fake, paid or abusive reviews;
- someone pretending to be you, your business or another person;
- copyright or trademark infringement, such as copied photos, logos or brand names;
- private information posted without permission, or AI pictures or videos that fake a real person;
- anything else that breaks the [Terms & Conditions](https://mail.antclub.lk/terms-and-conditions) or the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://mail.antclub.lk/acceptable-use).

## 2. What to put in your email

- **The web address (link)** of the page, listing or review you are reporting.
- **What is wrong** and why you think it breaks the rules.
- **Screenshots**, if you can, so we can see exactly what you saw.
- **Your name and email address**, if you would like a reply.
- For copyright or trademark reports: what the original work is and how we can see that it belongs to you.

## 3. What happens next

- We read every report and check the content against our rules.
- If it breaks the rules, we may remove or hide it, warn the person who posted it, or suspend their account.
- We may contact the person who posted the content to hear their side before we decide.
- We do not tell the person who posted the content who reported it, unless the law requires us to.
- We cannot always reply to every report individually or share what we decided.

## 4. If someone is in danger

If someone is in immediate danger or a crime is happening now, please call the police emergency number 119 first. Then report the content to us so we can act on our side.

## 5. Please report in good faith

Only report content you honestly believe breaks the rules. Repeated false or abusive reports may lead to action against the sender, in line with our [Terms & Conditions](https://mail.antclub.lk/terms-and-conditions).
