Governing law and disputes These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use Ant Club (the "Platform"), operated from Sri Lanka by the owners of Ant Club ("we", "us"). By creating an account, listing a business, buying credits or using any tool on the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our [Privacy Policy](https://mail.antclub.lk/privacy-policy), our [Credits & Refund Policy](https://mail.antclub.lk/refund-policy) and our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://mail.antclub.lk/acceptable-use). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. ## 1. What Ant Club is Ant Club is an online directory and growth platform for Sri Lankan businesses. Merchants can publish business, product and service listings, post updates and deals, and use tools such as the QR code studio and the paid AI Studio. Visitors can browse listings, read reviews and contact merchants directly. We do not sell the products or services in the listings and we do not take a commission from sales. Any purchase is a deal between the buyer and the merchant. We are not a party to it. ## 2. Who can use the Platform - You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the laws of Sri Lanka. - If you use the Platform for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business. - You must give true and current information when you register or list a business. ## 3. Your account - Keep your password and any two-factor codes private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. - Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. - One person should hold one account. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred. - You can ask us to close your account at any time. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits (see the [Credits & Refund Policy](https://mail.antclub.lk/refund-policy)). ## 4. Business and product listings When you publish a listing, update, photo or description you stay responsible for it. You promise that: - everything in it is true, not misleading, and you have the right to publish it (including photos, logos and brand names); - prices, availability, contact details and locations are accurate and kept up to date; - it follows our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://mail.antclub.lk/acceptable-use) and all laws that apply to your goods or services, including consumer, licensing, health and safety rules. ## 5. Review, verification and removal Listings from unverified merchants may be reviewed by our team before they appear. Verified status is a sign that we checked certain details; it is not a guarantee of quality or a recommendation. We may refuse, edit, hide or remove any listing, update, review or account that breaks these Terms, harms other people or creates legal risk. Where it is reasonable we will tell you why. ## 6. Reviews Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. Do not post fake, paid or abusive reviews, and do not review your own business. We may moderate or remove reviews, and we are not responsible for what reviewers write. ## 7. Your content and our right to show it You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, display, resize, translate and distribute it on Ant Club, in our sitemaps and search features, and in our promotion of the Platform, for as long as it is on the Platform. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for backups and copies that other people have already shared. ## 8. AI Studio and credits The AI Studio lets signed-in members create or edit pictures and short videos using third-party AI models. It is paid for with credits. - Credits are bought in packs by bank transfer. The price in Sri Lankan rupees is shown and locked for you when you place an order, and stays locked until the time shown on the order. If it expires, you must place a new order at the new price. - Credits are added to your account only after we receive and check your payment. Please send your payment slip and order reference so we can find it. - **Credits are non-refundable.** They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and cannot be given to another account. Full details are in the [Credits & Refund Policy](https://mail.antclub.lk/refund-policy). - The credit cost of each creation is shown before you start. It depends on the model, quality, size and length you choose. - If a creation fails on our side or the AI provider's side, the credits held for it are returned to your balance automatically. Results that you simply do not like are still charged, so try a small or draft setting first. - AI results can be wrong, odd or similar to existing material. You must check every result before you use or publish it. - Uploaded photos and results are kept privately for a limited time (currently 60 days) and then deleted. Download anything you want to keep. - We may change AI models, prices, credit costs and limits at any time. A change does not affect credits already spent. ## 9. Ownership and use of AI results As between you and us, you may use the pictures and videos you create for your business, including commercially, as long as you follow these Terms and the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://mail.antclub.lk/acceptable-use). You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the photos, logos, people and brands you put in, and that the results do not break anyone's rights or any law. We cannot promise that an AI result is unique or can be protected by copyright. ## 10. Payments All prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise. Bank transfer fees and any taxes are your responsibility. If you pay the wrong amount or use the wrong reference, tell us on WhatsApp straight away with your slip and we will correct your order. Where we received less than the order amount, we may add credits equal to the amount actually received or ask you to pay the difference. ## 11. Suspension and ending We may suspend or close an account, remove content or stop credit use if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, abuse the AI Studio, attempt to defraud us, or if we must do so by law. If we close your account for a breach, any unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded. You may stop using the Platform at any time. ## 12. Our property The Platform, its design, software, text and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape in bulk, reverse engineer, resell or attack the Platform, or use it to build a competing database, without our written permission. ## 13. No guarantees We work hard to keep Ant Club available and accurate, but the Platform and AI Studio are provided "as is" and "as available". Listings are supplied by merchants and we do not check every detail. AI providers may be slow, unavailable or change without notice. We do not promise that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. ## 14. Limit of our responsibility To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from deals between buyers and merchants, from content posted by other people, from AI results you choose to use, or for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost data. Our total responsibility to you for any claim about the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that you have by law and that cannot be excluded, including your rights as a consumer under the laws of Sri Lanka. ## 15. If your content causes a claim You agree to cover reasonable costs we face if a third party makes a claim because of content you posted or because you broke these Terms or the law. ## 16. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms as the Platform grows or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For important changes we will tell you on the Platform or by email. If you keep using the Platform after a change, you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Platform. ## 17. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Please contact us first so we can try to settle any problem fairly.
